This space used to say “There is always something on! Watch this space for listings of live music in Vancouver!”
However, these are now very challenging times. I walked through Gastown on March 17th and it was like a ghost town. St. Patrick’s Day morning with nary a hint of music, beer or green anywhere. A sober day to be sure.
If you are venturing out to try to see something live now, more than ever, please check with the artist or the venue to ascertain if any particular gig is actually happening.
I would be very surprised to see much going on in the next few weeks but, this too, shall pass.
Stay safe out there.
